it is scored lightly, however do not cut completely through. |
Lay
calamari steak in a horizontal position after if has been lightly
scored (step 1) and slice through at a 45 degree angle at 30-35mm
cuts. |
Seperate
into 5 pieces. |

thaw out the calamari steak and finely shredded |

thaw out the calamari steak, roll and hold tighlty and cut ready
to skewer |
